From May 15th to May 17th, 2025, ship management team of HONGKONG NEW SILK ROAD SHIPPING LIMITED., jointly composed of the Maritime Department, the Technical Department, Purchase Department and the Crew Department, conducted a three-day boarding inspection and guidance for the NEW SILK ROAD 2 in Lianyungang
During the stay on board, a detailed and in-depth inspection was conducted on various aspects including the condition of the vessel, audit validity and practicability of SMS on board, crew training, the hygiene of the living area, the use and storage of materials and spare parts, etc. And have one-on-one conversations with the crew members, understand their living and working conditions in detail, and listen carefully to their opinions and suggestions.

At the same time, it has issued a ship visit report on the areas that need to be strengthened and the deficiencies, and has required rectification within the prescribed time limit. It also sends the rectification report to the company every week.
On May 25, 2025, during the mooring of NEW SILK ROAD 2 in Tianjin, the ship management Department made another surprise visit without prior notice to inspect the progress of rectifying the defects left by the vessel.
